ルームサービスがなかなか来ない、ランドリーに出したものが1つ足りない…。そんなこともホテルでは起こりがち。困ったときは、こんな風に伝えましょう。

I ordered room service 30 minutes ago, but it has not arrived yet. - 30分前にルームサービスを頼んだのですが、まだ来ません。
Can I have your room number and order, please? - お部屋番号とオーダーの内容をもう一度うかがえますか？
- Yes, the room number is 333, and I ordered the continental breakfast for one.
- 333号室で、コンチネンタルブレックファスト1人分です。
- Sorry about that, but it's a busy time. We will bring it in 10 minutes.
- 申し訳ありません、混み合っておりまして。あと10分ほどでお持ちします。
ルームサービスが間違って来た
- This is not what I ordered. / I didn't order this.

ランドリーで困った！
- My laundry hasn't been delivered.
- 洗濯物がまだ戻らないのですが。
