Wakamatsuya is a Japanese-style modern hotel located in the upland of Zao hot springs resort and offers the magnificent views. There are indoor and outdoor stone and wooden hot spring baths for both women and men. 100% natural hot springs was admired as the spiritual spring by famous poet Mokichi Saito. Traditional Japanese-style cuisine by seasonal ingredients is served to the guests at Wakamatsuya.45 minutes on bus from JR Yamagata Station bound for Zao Onsen. Get off at Zao Onsen bus terminal and 3 minutes walk. 30 minutes by taxi from JR Yamagata Station.
