Near the shore of Lake Biwa, 5 mins. by car from O'pal, a famous marine sports area. Guestrooms give off a quiet atmosphere. Rooms equipped with an open-air bath also include small bar and hori-gotatsu (heater built into the sunken floor), so that guests may relax in cozy warmth. Guests can enjoy dishes crafted from selected local ingredients and carefully grown vegetables from on site or nearby farms. The large communal bath is supplied with onsen (hot spring) water and also offers an open-air bath made of entirely Japanese cypress enabling guests to refresh themselves to the fullest. Free pick-up service is available from Ogoto-Onsen Station on the JR Kosei line.
